A community of practitioners

Meditation Chicago is held together by a small group of long-time practitioners who lead the kirtans, hold the harmonium, welcome new students, and keep the Zoom link live each week. We are students of the practice ourselves.

On our lineage

The mantras we share come from a long bhakti lineage carried forward by teachers across generations. Among the modern voices we are grateful for is Acharya das, whose recorded talks are available at wisdom.yoga. We are not formal teachers ourselves — only fellow students, doing our best to keep the door open.
